SHIPPING:
Once an order is placed online, items eligible for shipping will be dispatched within 2–3 business days to the address provided at checkout.
*Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
**Large and very fragile items are store pickup only. We will note this on the listing. If you are buying an item online that is store pickup only along with items that you want shipped, you will have to check out the pick up item separately.
IN-STORE PICKUP:
Orders placed online that are either ineligible for shipping or designated for in-store pickup will be ready for pickup within 2–3 business days. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase when collecting your order.
*For large item pickups, such as large furniture pieces, please contact us in advance so we can ensure the appropriate staff are available to prepare your item(s).

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order on website orders to exchange any full-priced item for a different size, color, or store credit.
Please note the following:
• Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Purchases made using a discount of 30% or more are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card that never expires and can be used online or in-store.
In store purchases (where an items was purchased in person, in our store) have a 7 day return policy. We encourage you to always try on apparel and take measurements before purchasing. Store credit will be issued as well.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging
• With all tags still attached

- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Items with smoke damage, stains or signs of wear will be denied and disposed of at our discretion.
