This is a porcelain lithophane night light. The light shining through different thicknesses of porcelain creates this highly detailed image; it is not a photo. It comes from an original engraving in wax, and we cast kiln fired porcelain into a mold made from the original carving. On this piece, a colored ceramic glaze is fired onto the back, diffusing through when lit. 5.5" H x 3.5" W x 2.5"D. Comes gift boxed, complete with bulb and descriptive insert.
